It's OK if you fall asleep during meditation!
What does it mean if you fall asleep during meditation? Absolutely nothing. It also means you need rest. 😉 Rest is OK. Rest is encouraged. If you fall asleep during any meditation I guide you through, I've more than done my job.
(Incidentally, I say the same thing about Reiki sessions. If you fall asleep during one of my Reiki sessions, I take it as a compliment and you get to rest!)
