#Value4Value Guided Meditation for Sobriety
#V4V: On this episode of Destiny Architecture, we dive into the transformative power of meditation for sobriety. I talk a bit on this one so I can share my personal journey as a former alcoholic.
On this episode of Destiny Architecture, we dive into the transformative power of meditation for sobriety. I talk a bit on this one so I can share my personal journey as a former alcoholic.
I’m challenging the notion that hitting rock bottom is necessary for recovery and emphasizing the importance of making a choice to change. I explore how addiction disconnects individuals from their mind, body, energy, hopes, dreams, and health, and how meditation can help bring awareness back into our lives.
Breathing exercises and just sitting and focusing on your breath are introduced as techniques to cultivate mindfulness. I also reflect on my ten years of sobriety and the role that meditation has played in my recovery.
I delve into the connection between meditation and sobriety and the importance of self-help and self-care. I also touch on the challenges faced by addicts, such as lack of access to medical and mental health care, and the impact of stress on teenagers today.
Join me as I explore the potential of meditation in the journey of sobriety and personal growth!
Thanks!
