V4V Yoga Starts Tonight

Tonight at 6:00 PM MST, I'll be coming to you LIVE with beginner yoga on HiveTalk.org.

I debated whether to send out an email and invite people widely, but why not? It is my first time offering yoga value-for-value on a Nostr client, HiveTalk. So I'm not sure how it will go or what experience I can promise other than this will be super experimental—but fun.

I'm also working on other means of offering yoga online, V4V, and otherwise. Since tonight is my first time offering this on HiveTalk, I'm simply asking for a v4v exchange of whatever you feel is appropriate for the experience. Then if I bomb due to technical difficulties, it's all good! 😂

Happy International Podcast Day!

As I move towards a more Valueverse-ish life, I decided to take down all of the old meditation podcasts. This was partially due to a music licensing issue, but also to wipe the slate clean.

Today, in honor of #InternationalPodcastDay, I launched a NEW Destiny Architecutre® Meditation podcast feed available only in the Valueverse!

There is so much good music on Wavlake for yoga, Reiki, and meditation. This will give me a chance to highlight that while also offering you help to relax.

I plan to do some experimental content around music, meditation, yoga, and Reiki including dharma talks, teaching the yoga sutras, and more.

🪔 Diwali is coming up, so I'm tapping my friend Sangeetha Kowsik, Hindu Chaplain at NYU & Columbia, to talk to us about it! She's new to the concept of V4V and she works so hard at being a chaplain. Her focus is brilliant as she builds community with fellow religious leaders in NYC. She's building culture with art, music, dance, religion, and spirituality.

I can't wait for you to hear our talk. I'm also hoping you send her zaps for her work! She definitely deserves them. Value-for-value gives us yet another way to support those who feed us spiritually.
