Here's where/how I'm currently offering yoga.

I began teaching yoga (or "Yogastr" to fit with Nostr) on HiveTalk on September 30, 2024. It was Nostr's first yoga class! HiveTalk is like Zoom but made to work on Nostr.

I'm offering private online yoga sessions for those who want to go deeper into the practice of yoga with 1:1, bespoke instruction. This is an opportunity for you to tailor your yoga practice. I bring my expertise as a yoga teacher, certified coach, sober coach, and double Reiki Master to help you master your mind and create space to find peace in your life. When I teach yoga privately, I get to focus on your unique concerns on and off the mat. Whether that's flexibility, strength, anxiety, handling stress, spirituality—or anything else—I can help you come to peace with it. Yoga offers the tools; I just teach it congruently with Reiki and personal development for my unique approach that allows you to be the architect of your own destiny.
